A Butterfly Dream Card Why not make one for an artistic friend?
This butterfly dream card was created for the sheer fun of cardmaking and art pursue.
It’s a greeting card that would be so right for someone who loves butterflies and art.
It’s one of those kind of greeting cards that I love to make. I can’t remember what my thoughts were that afternoon but I was in the mood for creating one of a kind handmade card.
Artistic Butterfly Dream Card
Craft Supplies For Making This Card
grey color basic blank card
black cardstock
white cardstock
confetti rubber stamp
face rubber stamp
butterflies rubber stamps
flower rubber stamp
black pigment inkpad
metalllic thread
pink eye shadow (use only one you want to throw away)
dye inkpads : pink, yellow, orange, light green, lilac color
trimmer
double-sided tape
glue
Directions For Making This Card
Ink stamps with black ink and stamp over the white cardstock (refer to picture above for placement of stamps)
Color the card with the different dye inkpads by using your finger or a dauber. Lightly dab on the card so that the color blend into one another.
Use eye-shadow or chalk to color above the eyes on the face.
Punch with corner punch.
Tie metallic thread to make a frame. Glue the ends of the thread to back of card.
Layer on black cardstock then onto the grey blank card.
And your Butterfly Dream card is done. Now remember to decorate your envelope and send it to someone you’re thinking of.
